In October, Alana Springsteen’s tour bus caught on fire, destroying the band’s gear and personal items. While it was a setback for the rising country star, Springsteen grew closer to her crew and was reminded of the generosity of the music community when someone is in need. “It was definitely a scary situation, but at the end of the day, I think it brought us closer as a team,” Springsteen says. ” I got to see how incredible this community is, too. I had so many artist friends and people reach out just offering their gear for the rest of the year.” Springsteen shared two new songs on October 18, “Cowboy” and “Hold My Beer,” with the singer saying more is on the way. “I wanted to introduce this new chapter to my fans and kind of kick it off on a strong note with these two songs, but it’s just the beginning,” she says. “There’s so much more to come next year.” (People)
