If you think that sounds like grounds for a heartfelt  anniversary gift from hostess Ellen DeGeneres, you’d be dead wrong. Instead, Ellen sets up Carrie with a little small talk before she gets a shocking surprise . . . in the form of a hockey-playing psycho who springs from inside an end table.
