Lainey Wilson split her pants onstage during the Faster Horses Festival in Michigan Saturday night. Luckily members of her team quickly noticed and told her, so she ducked behind the stage to quickly change. She joked that the crowd, quote, “just about got a real show . . . There’s a first time for everything, and I’m glad it was y’all that I split my pants wide open in front of . . . I’ll tell you what, try and put on some jeans when you’re sweating, it ain’t fun. You gotta jump in them things.”
Billy Ray Cyrus honored Corey Comperatore at his celebration of life on Friday in Pennsylvania. He’s the firefighter who lost his life protecting his family at the Trump rally shooting. Billy performed a rendition of “Amazing Grace” and his 1992 song “Some Gave All”. There was also a procession of 500 fire trucks in Corey’s honor, with some coming from Florida and Texas.
Shania Twain and Andrea Bocelli performed their new version of “From This Moment On” called “Da Stanotte in Poi” in Italy. The song is a classical rendition of the original with Bocelli singing in Italian and Shania in English. The song will be on Bocelli’s upcoming “Duets” album.

CBS, which was home to Bob Newhart‘s two most successful TV series, will pay tribute to the legendary comedian with a special set to air July 22. The Entertainment Tonight-produced special, titled Bob Newhart: A Legacy of Laughter, will look back at Newhart’s life and career, from his start as a deadpan comedian through his TV and movie successes. Newhart died Thursday at age 94.
