Jelly Roll’s “The Beautifully Broken Tour” announced all of its 37 concert dates and is sure to be coming to a city near you. This is one of the most anticipated tours in country music in quite some time. Jelly had even mentioned on Tuesday how nervous he was about this announcement. He said, “This tour is so big, it scares me a little to release the dates . . . I’ve never been nervous before . . . But this one is the ONE.” But as of yesterday’s announcement, the cat is out of the bag. Jelly wrote in the caption, “This is the biggest tour of my life y’all and I’m going to do it really, really big this year . . . I can’t wait to see y’all at a show. Come party with us!” The tour is set to open in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 27th, and will close in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 27th. That is two full months packed full of shows. They will hit up 20 states, and perform in some major sports arenas around the U.S. including a stop at Madison Square Garden on September 27th. Opening for Jelly are Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay. Tickets go on sale to the public on March 1st.
“Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala” came out this Wednesday on Paramount Plus, and it looks like everyone who was in attendance had a blast. And in addition to all the cute animals, we got to see Dolly perform with both Lainey Wilson and Carly Pearce. Other great Dolly stories
1. Did you know that Dolly almost didn’t do her 1978 “Playboy” cover shoot? She said, “I didn’t want to be naked unless everybody knew it was a joke.”
2. Dolly said last month that there still might be hope for a “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” reboot. She said, “they’re still working on that.” Dolly was an uncredited producer on the original.
3. Dolly also wants to hold a “Finding Dolly” contest to cast her in an upcoming Broadway musical. She said, “right now, I’m working on my life story as a musical” and that she’s hoping to see that dream come true by “late 2025.”
4. Dolly just released a collaboration with Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull. It’s called, “Powerful Women” . . . it samples “9 to 5” . . . and it is a bop. Dolly even raps a bit.

There was a moment last year when everyone was freaking out that Morgan Wallen shaved his head and signature mullet. Well, it looks like Morgan just poked fun of his past viral moment in a new promo video for Ryl Tea. The video shows him getting a haircut from Caleb Pressley who asks him if he wants him to shave his head again like last time because, “everyone loved it.” Morgan said, “everyone hated it.” Then Caleb joked, “don’t worry, I got better . . . I just did Kenny Chesney’s [hair].”
George Strait has 60 number one country hits in his long career and is affectionately known as “The King of Country.” So, it’s pretty odd that he was fired after his very first show because they said he wasn’t “country enough.” The most ironic thing is the band that fired him were known as the “The Country Kings”. Seems like George got the last laugh there.
