Stephen Curry from the Golden State Warriors is one of the most successful athletes in the world. So you’d think he’s already got his kids on the fast track to sports dominance. And you would be WRONG. Steph has two daughters, ages 11 and 8, and a 5-year-old son. And he’s not pushing them AT ALL. “We’re all backyard sports right now. Nothing too organized . . . It’s more just confidence building and their ability to find joy in everything they do. You’ve gotta be a big star for a long time to have a moment this cool: Shania Twain brought a fan on stage in Toronto on Sunday. And they knew each other, because she also brought her on stage 22 years ago as a KID. Her name is Daniela. Shania brought her up to sing a song at a show way back in 2001. So it was like a little reunion. But that’s not even the best part. At Sunday’s show, Daniela said being on stage back then changed her life, and inspired her to study music. So now she’s an OPERA SINGER. Shania had her show off her pipes, and she’s definitely got some. She did an opera-style version of “From This Moment On”. You can check out the footage from both concerts online. Shania posted a then-and-now video on her TikTok page.
Kelsea Ballerini has been winning awards and selling records for almost 10 years, but it wasn’t until recently that she started feeling confident in her artistic abilities. It came up an interview with “Nylon” magazine. “I’ve always had this complex that people don’t think of me as a credible artist, that people are like, ‘She got signed to a label and she had a number one right off the bat, she’s blond, she’s glittery, she posts stuff, she’s this personality.’ “That’s the thing that I care about the actual least. I have fun with all of that, but I’ve never cut a song I didn’t write. I never will.” Things changed when she poured it all out in her “Rolling Up the Welcome Mat” album. Quote, “[That] album has made people think of me in more of a rooted, grounded, ‘I’m a real artist’ kind of way. “Maybe that’s something I shouldn’t have cared about. But I do. Maybe that’s just a notch in my belt that I had to get to feel validated. But I do feel that now.”
