“Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” was constructed to be like a concert experience in a movie theater, and that’s how people are treating it. Fans are standing, singing along, cheering, shining their phone flashlights, and dancing in the aisles and in front of the screen. It sounds like fun . . . unless you just want to WATCH THE MOVIE.  Those folks aren’t having a good time.  One girl posted a video from a theater and said, quote, “I’m at the worst screening ever.  Can’t even hear Taylor.” Another said, quote, “People were soo disrespectful like there were some that actually were kicked out of the room [because] they were being soo rude.  They completely ruined a lot of [people’s] experience there.” A third said, quote, “As a theater experience, it’s horrible.  Expect dancing, standing up in chairs, screaming and singing along.  She made this for her hardcore fans.”

Tommy Lee is celebrating one year of sobriety.  But for a long time, he used to drink TWO GALLONS of vodka a day. He says, “Alcohol’s such [an effin’] weird one . . . It’s easy to fall in love with, the way it makes you feel, the way it makes you relax, and then all of a sudden you’re, like, ‘[Eff]! I’m drinking two gallons of vodka a day?’ . . .”You’re trying to kill yourself now.  Your liver is on crutches at that point; it’s just barely functioning.” Tommy recently had a full body scan to check his health.  He says he pinches himself on a daily basis because the doctor said everything looked good, despite years of alcohol and drug abuse.

Shania Twain was on “The Drew Barrymore Show” . . . and they talked about relationships. Drew hasn’t been in a loving relationship in six years, and she wanted advice. Shania told her to scare away as many guys as possible . . . because the ones left standing will be worth it.  That’s what she did after her divorce from Mutt Lange. “You want as many people to go running as possible.  I would be honest right off the bat.  I was with Fred.  I said, ‘Listen, I don’t want to ever get married again.  If my son doesn’t like this . . . this is over.’ “Everything right up front.  You have to be right up front.  ‘Like, you don’t have to be part of my kid’s life.  You may never be a part of my kid’s life, you may just be for me.  I may just want you all to myself.’  I think you have to be very honest.”

Jelly Roll does the Lynyrd Skynyrd song “Simple Man” at a lot of his shows.  But he had a special guest join him on it last Friday . . . the ACTUAL Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Two of them anyway. Johnny Van Zant showed up with guitarist Rickey Medlocke.  It was at Jelly’s show in their hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. He called them the greatest rock band EVER, and they called him “the real deal.” They also showed up with a gift.  Founding member Gary Rossington passed away back in March.  His wife and kids wanted to give Jelly one of Gary’s GUITARS.  Johnny said, “I wonder how many Lynyrd Skynyrd songs [were] written on that guitar.”

Blake Shelton assisted his wife Gwen Stefani in collecting items from their farm to decorate their porch for fall.  They shared a video of them using white homegrown pumpkins, corn stalks, flowers, and leaves.

If you’re a fan of Zach Bryan, you probably know he spent eight years in the Navy.  He still has a lot of friends serving, including a guy named Cameron. In fact, Zach brought Cameron up on-stage at a recent show in Alabama and celebrated his decision to re-enlist.

Sam Hunt will be going on the road next year.  His Outskirts Tour 2024 will kick off February 22nd in Grand Rapids, Michigan . . . and wrap April 13th in Charlottesville, Virginia.  He’s bringing Brett Young and Lily Rose along as openers.

Craig Morgan is thanking the police for their “quick action” during the Texas State Fair shooting on Saturday.  He had to cancel his concert after a gunman opened fire in the food court and shot three people.  None seriously

People are still talking about Maren Morris’ decision to walk away from country music.  This time it’s Lee Greenwood, who thinks she needs to leave politics out of it.

Kendall Jenner visited four Midwest universities to promote her 818 Tequila.  She served drinks, did meet-and-greets, and signed bottles.
