“Avatar 3” has been delayed from December of 2024 to December of ’25. “Avatar 4” will follow in December of 2029 . . . and Part 5 won’t be here until December of 2031.
Lauren Alaina and Lainey Wilson’s are doing everything in their power to make “Thicc As Thieves” a hit. They created a “Thicc As Thieves” dance hoping it’ll be a “viral sensation”. Lauren posted a clip of them doing it in a parking lot. There’s a lot of hip-shaking and shimmying . . . and it ends with Lauren spanking Lainey’s bottom. They debuted the song AND the dance at CMA Fest. The song features a reference to Luke Bryan’s “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)”, and he’s credited as a writer. They got Luke to say nice words about them, and the song. While we’re on the subject: Lainey Wilson kept performing during a downpour at Carolina Country Music Fest. The wind and rain were so strong she had to hang onto her hat the whole time.
Last month, Keith Urban accidentally “outed” Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham as a couple. He shared a video of himself and Nicole Kidman dancing in the VIP tent at Taylor’s Swift concert in Philadelphia. What he didn’t realize was that “rumored couple” Phoebe and Bo were kissing in the background of the clip. He was asked about it during an interview with “ET”, so he issued a public apology to Phoebe.
Garth Brooks responded to the backlash over his decision to serve Bud Light at his Nashville club. He talked about it during an episode of “Inside Studio G”. Quote, “Everybody’s got their opinions, but inclusiveness is always gonna be me. “I think diversity is the answer to the problems that are here, and the answer to the problems that are coming. So, I love diversity. I understand that might not be other people’s opinions . . . but they have their opinions, I have mine.”
Randy Travis was backstage at CMA Fest on Sunday waiting for Tim McGraw to perform. But Tim saw him first and gave him his own private show . . . singing Randy’s song “On the Other Hand”. Randy shared a video of it on TikTok.
