TAYLOR SWIFT brought in CHRIS STAPLETON for her new version of “I Bet You Think About Me”.  It’s from the album, “Red (Taylor’s Version)”. AND — TAYLOR switched things up as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.  Instead of performing twice, she only hit the stage once, but she did the 10-minute version of “All Too Well”.  While Taylor performed, an accompanying short film played on a screen behind her.  It stars Dylan O’Brien and Sadie Sink, and it was directed by Taylor herself. “All Too Well” is a breakup song from her album “Red”.  And this 10-minute take is from the new, re-recorded version.  Everyone pretty much KNOWS it’s based on Taylor’s relationship with JAKE GYLLENHAAL. Interestingly enough, another one of Taylor’s exes, who was ALSO the subject of one of her breakup songs, was in the audience Saturday night. JOE JONAS came to the show with his wife SOPHIE TURNER.  Taylor’s song “Mr. Perfectly Fine” is allegedly about Joe. Other celebs who showed up included Selena Gomez, and Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

CHRIS DAUGHTRY’s 25-year-old daughter Hannah was found dead on Friday.  There’s no word on the cause of death, but police are calling it a homicide, and Hannah’s boyfriend has been arrested.  Chris has postponed his upcoming tour dates.

Remember we were trying to figure out what happened to CARRIE UNDERWOOD’s comedic holiday song, “Stretchy Pants”?  It was mysteriously removed from the Internet, but we didn’t hear a peep from Carrie. Well, she’s still NOT talking, but she IS releasing.  A digital version of the song is out, and so is an animated video.  You can even buy your own pair of Carrie’s stretchy pants, just like the characters wear in the video. Let’s start with the song.  If you add it to your holiday collection, you’ll be helping a great cause.  A portion of the profits from streams and downloads will be donated to The Store.  That’s Brad and Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s free grocery store. You can check out the song and video by hitting up StretchyPantsSong.com. As for Carrie’s stretchy pants.  They’re green, black, and white flannel pajama bottoms, with a drawstring waistband.  They’ll run you $40.00 and are available at the Official Carrie Underwood online store.

Four years apart has not loosened the bond between Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry of Montgomery Gentry. Gentry died in a Sept. 2017 helicopter crash, but Montgomery says he still feels him in his heart and soul. That manifested on Ain’t No Closing Me Down, his first solo album. Eddie had previously been hesitant to open his heart as a songwriter, but several songs from this project show a more vulnerable man’s perspective. “As I was writing the songs, I think he was helping me,” the 58-year-old says. “I think he’s always helping me.” “Help” takes on many forms, however. “When we’re on the shows, I mean I’ve had stuff happen man, I’m going, ‘OK, that’s T-Roy pulling a prank,'” Montgomery admits. “Like going out and the PA just shuts off. I’m going, ‘What? Ah, that’s T-Roy man, letting us know.’
