Jack Black just set a new record for the quickest song to land on the Hot 100 chart with “Steve’s Lava Chicken”, clocking in at 34 seconds. It’s from “A Minecraft Movie”.
Luke Combs headlined Stagecoach on Sunday, but after his set he wasn’t done . . . He actually had one more song to sing at the end of the night. And that was with the Backstreet Boys. You heard that right. Luke hit up the late-night stage with the ’90s heartthrobs to sing their most famous song, “I Want It That Way”. And the audience ate it up. The Backstreet Boys definitely get credit for recognizing Luke’s fame and inviting him to sing with them. Or maybe Luke really wanted to steal some of their fans. Regardless, everyone looked like they had a blast.
Jelly Roll is on a weight loss mission. He was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and Jimmy asked him how much weight he had lost already and Jelly said that he’s “Approaching the 200-pound mark. I would guess that I have lost an entire Jimmy Kimmel. Jelly said, “I’ve been thinking about ways to make it sound cool, but I can’t. I’m eating a lot of protein and vegetables and walking. That’s what I’m doing.” That’s when Jimmy asked him, “When do you stop? Do you have a number in mind?” Jelly said, “I do have a number in mind . . . To do all the fun stuff in life you have to be under 250. I want to skydive, I want to ride a rollercoaster, I want to ride a bull, I want to wrestle an alligator. I got a list of things that I want to do.”
Some new photos of the couple NO ONE ASKED FOR are making the rounds on social. Elizabeth Hurley posted two shots where she’s cuddled up to her new squeeze, Billy Ray Cyrus. She shared them on Instagram with the caption “Tennessee Weekend.” There’s one of them posing under a tree, and Billy’s got both arms wrapped around her. The other one shows them in an ATV sitting a little closer than necessary while a black-and-white dog rides shotgun. (It looks like it’s Billy’s dog, Tommy Jack.) There’s been lots of talk about how they’re an odd couple. Some think it’s a P.R. stunt, like their publicists set them up. But a source told “People” magazine she’s been visiting him in Tennessee, and they really do like each other.
