Katy Perry, Gayle King, and Jeff Bezos’ fiancé Lauren Sanchez successfully completed their space flight yesterday. It was an all-female flight that also included a filmmaker, a former NASA scientist, and a research scientist. It was about 10 minutes long and they flew to an altitude of 62 miles, to the edge of the Earth’s atmosphere. After touching back down, Katy said, “I feel super-connected to love.” During the flight, she sang “What a Wonderful World” instead of one of her own songs. Katy also says she’s writing a song about her experience. Oh, and Jeff Bezos face-planted while trying to greet the capsule when it returned.

One of the reasons fans love Luke Combs so much is because he is a “what you see is what you get” kinda guy. It’s an interview from a couple years ago with Luke and his wife, Nicole, they both talked about what Luke was wearing the day they met. Luke said, “I was wearing camo gym shorts from Walmart. Classy, classy stuff. And like the oldest t-shirt I owned.”
And Nicole then said, “It had holes in it . . . I was leaving a songwriters round and he was walking up late to it. I was just like, ‘Hey come hang out with us, why are you by yourself?'” And then they chatted all night, hit it off, and the rest is history.
