The TV home most Americans want to live in is the Tanner house from “Full House”.  It’s followed by the Banks mansion from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and Blanche’s house from “The Golden Girls”.

It did not seem like Morgan Wallen enjoyed his time on “Saturday Night Live” as the musical guest this past weekend. First, it was the promos that they posted hyping the show.  Where Morgan couldn’t have looked less interested . . . leading to a lot of fans calling them “cringe”. The performances were fine, he sang “Just in Case” and the “I’m the Problem” . . .which is the title of his new album, due out on May 16th.  But it was what happened at the end of the show that’s got everybody talking. Usually when the show is over, the host and the musical guest say goodnight, and everybody stays on stage and mingles with each other as the credits roll. The host was recent Oscar-winner, Mikey Madison.  Mikey and Morgan hugged and she turned around to talk to the cast.  But I guess Morgan had enough at that moment, because instead of joining the cast he just walked directly out towards the camera and into the audience. A few of the cast members seemed to be amused by it. And then on his Instagram stories not long after, Morgan posted a photo of his private jet with the caption, “Get me to God’s country.” Sources close to Morgan say it was an honest mistake and he meant nothing by it.  Maybe Morgan would just rather be at home in Tennessee than New York City?

Jelly Roll just wrapped a string of shows in Canada.  And he helped out a very deserving fan while he was there. Her name is Michelle Boissoneault.  (BWAH-zen-oh)  Five years ago, she was hooked on meth and living on the streets.  But she turned her life around and now works to help others. She was out volunteering at a homeless encampment on her day off last weekend and saw a guy with no shoes on.  So she gave him a pair of shoes and some fresh socks.  But it turned out he wasn’t really homeless. MDMotivator is a well-known influencer who goes around doing nice stuff for people.  He told her who he was, and rewarded her with V.I.P. tickets to Jelly Roll’s show that night.  She got to meet him.  Then Jelly led her outside blindfolded . . . and surprised her with a NEW CAR.  She got pretty emotional, and so did he.

The nominees for the ACM Awards were announced last week.  There’s always some drama around the nomination process.  Here are the biggest SNUBS from this year:

1.  Miranda Lambert.  Miranda holds the record for most awarded artist in ACM history with 35 wins, so she’ll be okay in the end.  But this is now the second year in a row she has not received any nominations.

2.  Keith Urban.  Keith is a past ACM Entertainer of the Year, but he hasn’t been nominated in any category since 2021.

3.  Zach Bryan.  His album, “The Great American Bar Scene”, reached #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, but he received exactly zero nominations.

Biggest Surprises

1.  Chris Stapleton’s song “White Horse”.  This song was awesome . . . in 2023.  And it won Grammys in 2024.  How’s he getting nominated again in 2025?

2.  Rascal Flatts.  They didn’t do much in 2024 other than announce their 2025 tour.

3.  Kelsea Ballerini.  This is a pleasant surprise.  She has finally gained enough recognition to be nominated for her FIRST Entertainer of the Year award.

4.  Zach Top.  It’s awesome that “Cold Beer & Country Music” is up for Best Album of the Year.  The voters got this one 100% right.  But it’s still a surprise for the newcomer.

Carly Pearce has a heart condition called “pericarditis.”  It’s an inflammation of the tissues that help hold the heart in place.  She’s been living with it for years . . . and has talked about it before.  She had been dealing with “intense chest pain” and shortness of breath, which was concerning because her dad suffered a heart attack when she was 19.  But her doctors initially thought it was nothing. Now, she says, “My biggest piece of advice for anybody is:  Listen to your body, and be your own advocate . . . a lot of doctors dismissed me, and I was persistent until I got a diagnosis.”  She’s doing a lot better now.

Ewan (yoo-uhn) McGregor is 54.  Obi Wan Kenobi in the “Star Wars” prequels, Emmit and Ray Stussy on “Fargo”, and Lumiere the candelabra in the live-action “Beauty and the Beast”.

Al Gore is 77.

Rhea Perlman is 77.  Carla on “Cheers” and Barbie creator Ruth Handler in the “Barbie” movie.  Mrs. Danny DeVito in real life, but they’ve been separated for years.

Gabe Kaplan is 80.  Mr. Kotter on “Welcome Back Kotter”.  He’s also a financial wiz and an AMAZING poker player.  He’s won well over $1 million just playing poker.

Christopher Walken is 82.

William Daniels is 98.  Mr. Feeny on “Boy Meets World” . . . the voice of K.I.T.T. on the original “Knight Rider” . . . and Dustin Hoffman’s dad in “The Graduate”.

Jelly Roll has really changed his life since he started losing weight.  Back in October, he said he was down over 100 pounds.  And it all comes down to exercise and eating healthy. He just posted what he eats while he’s on tour . . . and the video featured his personal chef, who makes…
