Vanna White says she’s worn more than 8,000 gowns on “Wheel of Fortune”.

Selena Gomez has picked up some old man tendencies working with Steve Martin and Martin Short.  She says she reads the news with them and eats the same thing every day.  She’s also picked up more old man “lingo”.

Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren had “plug-in underwear” to help combat the Montana winter when they filmed “1923”.  Harrison says it was 21 below with the windchill factor.

Morgan Wallen has teased two brand new songs in the past, but everyone is stoked that they’re now officially out. He also revealed yesterday that his new album, “I’m the Problem”, will be released on May 16th. And if any other songs on the album are like “Just in Case” and “I’m a Little Crazy”, then this is fixin’ to be the biggest country album of all time.

Taylor Sheridan announced a country concert on his ranch in Texas, starring up-and-coming country artists that have been featured on “Yellowstone”. Well, tickets prices were just revealed, and fans are stunned.  General admission starts at $500 plus fees for the ONE-DAY concert. Granted there are only 500 tickets total being sold . . . but still, $619 gets you a three-day pass to Stagecoach, with the biggest names in all of country music. So, I guess you’re paying for the intimate ranch atmosphere? But you can go even bigger at Taylor’s concert if you want . . . a $1,200 ticket will include tent camping, breakfast, and 10 drink tickets. Which makes that breakfast the next morning REALLY important.  If you have 10 drinks the night before, you’re gonna need it.

Carrie Underwood says she dislikes aspects of her job . . . even when that “job” is hosting “American Idol”. But in her case, the problem isn’t job security, pay, or being unappreciated . . . Carrie says, quote, “Saying ‘no’ is the worsty worst worstest.”  If you watch the show, one difficult “no” was for Josh King, who sang his own special arrangement of “Over the Rainbow”.  The other two judges gave Josh a YES, but Carrie said, “I’m trying to figure out where you’d fit in [within] the show.  I’m going to say ‘no,’ but maybe you can prove me wrong.”

The “Opry 100: A Live Celebration” was on Wednesday, but the country music world is still reeling from all the big stars and great collaborations we saw. One of the best parts of the night was when Dierks Bentley came out with Jamey Johnson and fiddle player Ketch Secor for their Charlie Daniels Band tribute. So, would it surprise you to know that Dierks Bentley was once BANNED from the Grand Ole Opry before he ever performed there? Before Dierks was famous he used to work as a researcher for the Nashville Network, so he would sneak backstage to gain access to the country stars. That was until the General Manager caught wind of it.  And Dierks got his access to the Opry PERMANENTLY REVOKED. But turns out it wasn’t permanent at all.  The ban was lifted in 2003 when he played his first show there, and in 2005 he was inducted as a member. Pretty good decision on the Opry’s part, because Dierks crushed it at their 100th anniversary special.

Eric Church released his new song “Hands of Time” yesterday.  But a bunch of fans had already heard it after it “leaked a little early.” Meanwhile, bigger news about a new ALBUM also leaked early.  (!!!)  Fans saw the full track list pop up on Apple Music, along with the release date of May 2nd.  The album is called “Evangeline vs. the Machine”. Eric usually announces big news to his “Church Choir” fan club first.  So he sent out an apology email and joked that it “escaped from the machine.” “Earlier today, album information that was scheduled for a later time escaped from the machine.  We are monitoring the situation to ensure that, as always, you get important information first.” He confirmed May 2nd is the date, so get excited.  The only thing fans are disappointed with is it’s just eight songs.  His last album “Heart & Soul” was a TRIPLE album that had 24 songs on it.
