Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)”, has now spent more weeks at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs Chart than any other song in HISTORY. It has now been #1 for a 27th week.
1. It also topped the Country Airplay chart for seven consecutive weeks back in August, which was the longest streak ever for a debut single.
2. It also made more history on the Country Airplay chart, as it continues to stay in the Top 10 for a record-extending 31st week.
3. “Tipsy” is also the first song ever to break into the Top 5 on the Country Airplay chart, Pop Airplay chart, AND the Adult Pop Airplay chart.
His new song “Good News” has been doing well, but it’s gotta be impossible to follow up the massive success of “Tipsy”.
The 2025 Bourbon & Beyond Festival in Louisville, Kentucky just announced its lineup. It includes Megan Moroney . . . Sturgill Simpson . . . And from outside the country world, you can see acts like Jack White . . . The Lumineers . . . Goo Goo Dolls . . . and Ringo Starr,
The festival bills itself as the “largest food, music, and bourbon festival” with over 120 artists. And it will take place September 11th through the 14th.

Morgan Wallen just posted himself playing piano on a new version of his song, “Love Somebody”. And fans are loving it. Fans are now calling for him to play the song on his upcoming tour, but he says in the video, “Probably not gonna play this on tour, not this version anyway, but I like how it sounds.” He then says he hasn’t practiced it much, and then goes on to play it perfectly.

Bridgestone Arena in Nashville added a concert to its lineup to help wildfire victims in L.A. It’s called “L.A. Revival”, set for February 19th. Proceeds will go to the charity MusiCares. They provide financial assistance to musicians. Dwight Yoakam and Turnpike Troubadours are headlining the show. Tickets went on sale yesterday.
