Willie Nelson’s new album “Last Leaf on the Tree” came out Friday. It’s the 76th solo album of his career, and 153rd album overall. He’s been releasing new music pretty much non-stop since the early ’60s. He said he’s not planning to kick the bucket anytime soon. “I’m not worried about [dying]. I don’t feel bad. I don’t hurt anywhere. I don’t have any reason to worry about [it].” He said he doesn’t know anybody “who’s lived forever,” but he takes pretty good care of himself. He feels like he’s in good shape physically, but joked that “mentally . . . that’s another story.” His next album . . . number 154 . . . might not be too far off. The new one came out, and he said his next one is already finished and in the can.
