“Abbott Elementary” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” are doing a crossover episode this season. Both shows are set in Philly.

Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles. A longtime makeup artist and stylist for Trisha Yearwood and Garth alleged that Garth raped her during a work trip in 2019. The lawsuit was filed under the name “Jane Roe” to keep her anonymity. She had been working for Trisha since 1999, but in 2017 she started working for Garth, too. The lawsuit itself is incredibly graphic, and she alleges the assaults happened on multiple occasions. It is also alleged that Garth went to federal court in Mississippi recently in order to stop the lawsuit from becoming public. Garth denied the accusations in court and claimed that if “Jane Roe’s” allegations were released to the public it would do “substantial, irreparable damage” to his reputation and livelihood. Garth strongly denied the allegations, saying, “For the last two months, I have been hassled to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars. “It has been like having a loaded gun waved in my face.” He went on to say that he refuses to pay “hush money” because it meant he was admitting to behavior that he didn’t do. He said, “I trust the system. I do not fear the truth, and I am not the man they have painted me to be. “
Shaboozey’s real name is Collins Obinna Chibueze? “Billboard” just did an in-depth profile on Shaboozey. He said it was tough growing up in Virginia because of how he stuck out. “Hearing your name mispronounced during attendance was always a thing. You felt like you had to make it easier for everyone else to understand.” Fast forward to high school, when his football coach kept misspelling his last name, Chibueze. This turned into a nickname, and eventually became his stage name.

Jelly Roll’s wife Bunnie Xo made his bandmates try a PERIOD CRAMP simulator. The machine goes to 20, but she said most of them tapped out around six. His bass player Alex had the best comment: “I’m so sorry to women everywhere.”
Not everyone is a fan of “Lonely Road” . . . the new Jelly Roll / Machine Gun Kelly collaboration that borrows the melody of the John Denver classic “Take Me Home Country Roads”, while adding new lyrics. A person on social media named “Karen Z” said, quote, “How long will it take for [them] to get sued for ‘Lonely Road’ sounding exactly like ‘Country Road, Take Me Home’ by John Denver?” Jelly saw it, and responded, “We cleared it with the John Denver estate . . . [and] they love our interpolation of the song. I appreciate your legal advice though Karen.”
