Prince’s house from “Purple Rain” is being offered on Airbnb for 25 one-night stays. The house has been transformed into a shrine to both the movie and Prince. His former bandmates Wendy and Lisa helped set it up.

Jelly Roll had a SOLD-OUT concert at Madison Square Garden, played Central Park, and had a police escort through Manhattan so he could be the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live”. The Madison Square Garden gig looked amazing. He brought out Post Malone for the live debut of their song “Losers”. And then Post stuck around to sing “Friends in Low Places” and “I Had Some Help” with Jelly filling in for Morgan Wallen. On “Saturday Night Live”, Jelly sang “Liar” and his new song “Winning Streak”. There’s also an audio clip of Jelly riding in the back of a police escort on his way to “SNL”, and freaking out over how crazy his life is now. He summed it up quite well by saying, “What the [heck] is happening in my life right now, y’all?”
The inaugural Field & Stream Festival was supposed to take place this upcoming weekend, but has now been postponed to next year because of Hurricane Helene and all the devastation it caused. A note from the festival organizers said, “The damage from Hurricane Helene has been severe, with widespread flooding, downed trees, and blocked roads. Power is still out on site, deliveries have been delayed, and some areas of the festival grounds remain inaccessible. Luke Combs and Eric Church sent their thoughts and prayers to the affected areas, as both of them have called North Carolina home.Luke mentioned trying to line up something “really special” for the Carolinas, and that he promised that more details will be revealed “ASAP”. And Eric said, “For those asking how to help, the Red Cross are the boots on the ground.”
If you’re a diehard fan of Morgan Wallen and Ernest, you probably know that they played high school baseball. (Ernest even thought he was going to go pro, but then he suffered a heart attack at age 19.) But Ernest says they were even RIVALS back in the day. They first met in 2010 during the Tennessee State Baseball Tournament . . . and then again in 2011. In 2010, Morgan’s team beat Ernest’s team, but Ernest got his revenge in 2011. Both winners ended up going on to take home the state championship. At a recent show, they shared the stage . . . in their old baseball unis.
Keith Urban performed “Messed Up as Me” on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” on Thursday. And he shocked her with this tidbit from his childhood. She was doing a segment on a nonprofit called the Harmony Program that gives music lessons to kids. And Keith revealed that he FAILED his music class in 10th grade. It was music theory, and he never learned to read music. So despite his obvious talents, his teacher had to fail him.
