Yesterday, we announced that Zach Bryan’s new single “Pink Skies” was being promoted on pop radio. Well, apparently that is news to Zach. He said, “I never approved this . . . Why is ‘Pink Skies’ at pop radio?” Really?? It seems odd if someone on his team hid this from him. Because his duet “I Remember Everything” with Kacey Musgraves already beat out a bunch of pop songs when it topped the HOT 100. He tweeted later in all caps, “PINK SKIES IS NOT A POP SONG.” And to make things even more confusing, in a tweet that was later deleted, he said that he isn’t a pop artist, or a country artist.
Jelly Roll has a ton of tour dates coming up this year, and he’ll be workin’ up a sweat in more ways than one . . .He talked about the “most frivolous” thing he’s taking on the road with him and said it’s his own personal SAUNA. He’s also bringing a cold plunge tub for backstage ice baths. The interviewer asked if he gets FULLY NAKED in the sauna, and he said that wouldn’t be a good idea . . . because it’s glass. He joked he might get arrested if he fully disrobed in there.
In 2008, Shania Twain found out that her husband, Robert “Mutt” Lange, was having an affair with her good friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud. In the fallout, Shania ended up with Marie-Anne’s husband Frédéric, and they’re still married. Shania says she forgives Robert, and doesn’t hate him. But she’s, “So sad for him that he made such a great mistake that he has to live with. And I don’t know what that is, but it’s not . . . That’s not my weight.” As for her former bestie, that relationship is toast. “I don’t see her, ever. I don’t invite that trigger into my life . . . She’s not my future. She’s my past.”
