Jimmy Kimmel had Chris Stapleton on his show and he absolutely killed it on their “Wing It and Sing It” segment. Jimmy explained that Chris used to love the show “Full House”, specifically John Stamos. So, the song they had Chris sing was sort of a loving tribute to his “hero”, John Stamos. He had never seen the lyrics before, so he truly had to “wing it”. And, he only broke character once throughout the song. Some of the best lines from the song are, “He’s the reason I’m singing this ballad . . . He’s the feta cheese in my Greek Salad.” And, “Dear God, tell me honestly, is it a sin . . . For wishin’ I’d been born a third Olsen twin.” Towards the end of the song, John Stamos appeared wearing a Chris Stapleton shirt and the crowd went crazy. Chris seemed genuinely surprised and happy. But then he realized he had more to sing. The closing line of the song was, “Holy [shoot], wow, now my dream has come true . . . John Stamos you’re awesome, and I do love you.”
Big news for fans of Johnny Cash — has a NEW ALBUM coming this summer, more than 20 years after his death. It’s called “Songwriter”, out June 28th. It’s a collection of 11 original songs he wrote and recorded demos in 1993. He passed away a decade later in 2003. Only two of them have ever been released in any form: “Drive On” and “Like a Soldier” were both on his “American Recordings” album in 1994. The other nine songs are brand new. He wrote them over 30 years ago. His son John Carter Cash found the demos and rounded up a bunch of musicians to help flesh them out. They just released the first track from it, called “Well Alright”.
Morgan Wallen may be starting his own bar and restaurant empire. Sources say he’s investing millions in a joint on the Las Vegas Strip. There aren’t any specific details, but people think it could be an extension of This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, the music venue he’s opening in downtown Nashville later this year. But a rep for Wallen says he’s NOT opening a place anywhere in Vegas. Which is totally a thing a rep WOULD say if the info had leaked before Morgan wanted it out there.
Colt Ford suffered a near-fatal heart attack earlier this month after playing a show in Arizona. He just revealed he actually died TWICE. He had to be revived on the tour bus, and then a second time on his way to the hospital. Colt says, “I had so much trauma in my body and my heart, I had to have three stents put in . . . The Lord had more for me to do. I have more music to make, and hopefully some more differences to make in people’s life.”

Gisele Bündchen’s day started out rough — a cop pulled her over in Florida, and she seemed pretty upset over it all … especially when he handed her a ticket. Gisele hands the officer some documents and he heads back to his squad car to run the info. When the cop comes back and hands her a ticket, she’s overcome with emotion — straight-up bawling and wiping at her face. The guy doesn’t really care … he just goes through the motions.
