Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been married for 27 years. Even Tim is impressed by that. He says that’s like 92 in showbiz marriage years. If they have a secret it might be that they can’t keep their hands off each other. Especially now that their three daughters are out of the house. Tim talked about it in an interview with “Billboard”. “We got married quickly. We dated for a short time, got married, and soon after had a baby so we didn’t have a lot of time to get to know each other that well until we had kids. “Now all of a sudden we have this time together and it turned into we’re having our second honeymoon: ‘Light the candles, turn the music on, have some fun.’ “And now when the kids come home after about five days, we’re like, ‘Don’t you have somewhere to be? Mom and dad need some candle time.'”
Tyler Hubbard has posted footage from a concert . . . but not his own. It was him taking his daughter Liv to see Taylor Swift. He said, “We sang our hearts out as we soaked up all three-and-a-half hours of her incredible show. It’s official . . . I’m a Swiftie dad.”
Luke Bryan is releasing a new song on Friday called “Southern and Slow”. You can listen to a sample on his Instagram. And he just announced the final six dates for his Vegas residency. There are three in December, and three in January. Tickets go on sale August 18th.
Luke Combs joined his wife Nicole and one-year-old son for a maternity photoshoot. They posed in a field of sunflowers, and in one shot, Luke holds his OWN belly. Nicole is due in September with their second boy.
Riley Green shared a brief clip of himself with his acoustic guitar performing a song called “Mississippi Or Me”. He captioned it, “I’ve wanted to cut this song since the day he wrote it. Stay tuned.” Sounds like it’ll be on his second album, which will be out in October.
You may recall that Megan Moroney’s “I’m Not Pretty” was inspired by an ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend. Well, the video is out and it looks like a reenactment . . . except Megan is playing a version of herself AND the ex. This is also cool. Megan co-directed the video.
“Southern Living” magazine did a story on the “great divide” between Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins. That divide is . . . he roots for the Georgia Bulldogs and she’s a lifelong Tennessee Volunteers fan.
