It’s just some idiot trying to make a quick buck using their images illegally. The same thing happened to Dolly Parton recently with keto and CBD gummies. Lainey posted a video yesterday and joked that she wishes there were special gummies that could make people tell the TRUTH instead. She said if she’s lost any weight, it’s because she’s been running around playing 90-minute shows every night. She also added that whatever her weight is, it has nothing to do with her music.

Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit’s annual residency at the Ryman will return for the third year this October. He’s playing eight shows between October 12th and the 22nd . . . and each night will feature a different opener. This year, the residency is highlighting LGBTQ artists.

The concertgoer accused of knocking down Bebe Rexha with a cellphone throw is Nicolas Malvagna, 27, of New Jersey. He’s charged with assault and harassment for hurling the mobile at during her show in Manhattan on Sunday. The impact to her eye caused her to collapse to her knees, video showed, and she later received stitches. The suspect said, “I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny,” But his lawyer said that “as a fan, Mr. Malvagna’s sole intention was to have Ms. Rexha take photos with his phone and return it as a keepsake. It was never his intention to injure Ms. Rexha.”
