It’s the Magic Hour in the DMV — Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder has reportedly agreed to sell his team to Lakers legend Magic Johnson and Sixers owner Josh Harris … and the final price tag is a whopping $6.05 billion, fully financed … and the deal is not exclusive, which means Canadian billionaire Steve Apostolopoulos could still join in on the purchase as well. The ACM nominations were announced yesterday, and Hardy scored big, picking up seven nods. Right behind him is Lainey Wilson with six. Luke Combs, Kane Brown, and Cole Swindell have five apiece. Morgan Wallen got his first ACM Entertainer of the Year nomination. He’s up against Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean, Chris Stapleton, Luke Combs, Kane Brown, and Carrie Underwood. Speaking of Miranda: Her 17th ACM Female Artist of the Year nomination passed the previous record of 16 that was held by Reba McEntire. History was made when The War and Treaty got a Duo of the Year nomination. They’re the first black duo to receive an ACM nod in that category. They shared an awesome real-time video as they heard the good news.

6. “Gunpowder & Lead” by Miranda Lambert. About a woman waiting on her porch for her husband to get home from jail, so she can shoot him.
10. “Wait in the Truck” by Hardy, featuring Lainey Wilson. That one’s murder by proxy. It’s about a guy who meets a woman who’s being abused, drives her home, and has her to “wait in the truck” while he handles it.
