Were you impressed when Morgan Wallen’s second album, “Dangerous: The Double Album”, had 30 songs?  Child’s play.  Yesterday he revealed that his new album, “One Thing at a Time”, has 36 songs. It’s out March 3rd, but the pre-sale started last night.  And to celebrate, he released three new songs from it:  “Last Night”, “Everything I Love”, and “I Wrote the Book”.  There are also duets with a few people you may recognize. Eric Churchjoins him on “Man Made A Bar . . . Ernest is on “Cowgirls” . . . and Hardy is on the song “In The Bible”.  And, Morgan’s sister Ashlyne Wallen sings harmonies on the track “Outlook”. Here’s how Morgan describes the album.  Quote, “It represents the last few years of my life, the highs and the lows.  It also brings together the musical influences that have shaped me as an artist . . . country, alternative, and hip-hop.”

Luke Bryan is hitting the road again this summer.  He just announced a 36-city tour, starting June 15th and running through October. Some big up-and-comers are opening for him, including Chayce Beckham, who won “American Idol” in 2021.  Luke was a judge, so they know each other well. Other openers include Tyler Braden, Ashley Cooke, Jackson Dean, Jon Langston, Conner Smith, Alana Springsteen, and Hailey Whitters. All of the summer tour dates are posted on Luke’s website.  Tickets don’t officially go on sale until Friday, but fan club members get first dibs starting today. He’s also starting his residency at Resorts World Las Vegas tomorrow, and returning for another season of “Idol”.  So he’ll be a busy man this year.

A Kane Brown fan brought a sign to his show in Munich, Germany asking if she could help him sing “Thank God”.  It worked.  Kane’s wife Katelyn usually sings it, but she was in the U.S.  Her name is Mariella Meyer she posted a clip online. It ended up being the last show on his European tour.  He wasn’t feeling well, so doctors ordered him to cancel the final two dates.  His next scheduled appearance is at the Super Bowl Music Fest on February 11th.

Lainey Wilson became the first female artist in over a decade to have two songs on the Top 10 U.S. Country Radio chart this week.  At #7 is “Heart Like a Truck”. . . and at #9 is her song with Hardy, “Wait in the Truck”. She was also announced yesterday as the recipient of the Rulebreaker Award for Billboard’s Women in Music Awards.  Lainey will be honored at a ceremony on March 1st at the YouTube theater in L.A. 

Dierks Bentley will perform before the 65th Daytona 500 on February 19th.  It won’t be the first time he’s done NASCAR.  He performed during Speedweeks in 2009 and at the 2011 Daytona 500.  He also played prior to the championship race in 2021 at Phoenix. 

Jana Kramer is Instagram official with a Scottish fella named Allan Russell.  He’s a former soccer player, who is currently a coach for Norwich City Club.  She’s 39, he’s 42.

Tyler Hubbard is 36.  The Georgia half of Florida Georgia Line.

Justin Timberlake is 42.

Bobby Moynihan is 46.  Former “SNL” cast member.

Kerry Washington is 46.  Olivia Pope on “Scandal”.

Portia de Rossi is 50. 

Minnie Driver is 53. 

Nolan Ryan is 76.  Baseball Hall-of-Fame pitcher and former Advil pitchman.

99-year-old Dick Van Dyke proved he’s still got it at his Vandy Camp charity event on Sunday.
