ROLLING STONES drummer CHARLIE WATTS died yesterday. He was 80 years old. No word on the cause of death, but he did back out of this year’s tour due to health issues. Charlie had been with the Stones since 1963. KEITH URBAN poured his heart out on Instagram on the passing of Charlie. “I’m shocked and truly saddened that we lost the ‘gentleman soul of rock and roll.’ I didn’t even properly know you, but I love you Charlie, and I thank you for all that you gave us.”

Remember when REBA MCENTIRE revealed she had COVID-19? Turns out she didn’t have it. Last week GARTH BROOKS canceled his Stadium Tour because of COVID-19 . . . and now he’s figured out a way to get back on stage. He’s doing another Dive Bar Tour, but you have to be vaccinated to go. He talked about it on an episode of Inside Studio G. “Because you can fully vaccinate dive bars. People have to have their card to even get in, and the only way to get in through dive bars is your local country station.” He hasn’t released details about the cities or dates yet. By the way, Garth and his team are practicing what they preach. “I’m 100% vaccinated. Everybody on the tour is vaccinated. Has to be. We’re all vaccinated.” And this part is classic Garth. He’s still taking care of his team members who can’t get vaccinated because of medical reasons. “They stay home, but they’re still on the payroll. It’s not their fault [and] they shouldn’t lose their job over that.”
Applebee’s is all-in on the WALKER HAYES “Fancy Like” bandwagon. They launched an ad campaign featuring a series of “Fancy Like” commercials. Walker and his daughter Lela are in them, but it’s mostly clips of random people who posted their own “Fancy Like” dance videos on TikTok. And, Applebee’s also brought back the Oreo Cookie Shake – for only $2.99! Walker is having a blast with this. “I’ve seen all the commercials, and I’m blown away. I love how [they’re] a continuation of what the song and dance look like on TikTok, and it makes me smile all around.” And how is his daughter handling the newfound fame? “She has a new shirt that says ‘TikTok Famous’ on it. It’s her favorite shirt in the house right now.”
