Watch Maren Morris Perform “Rich” on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”

Maren Morris stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (Sept. 14) to perform “Rich,” a tune from her 2016 major-label debut album, Hero.

The track, which was co-penned by Maren, Jessie Jo Dillon and Laura Veltz, features the singer waxing lyrical about falling for the same guy over and over, only to suffer the inevitable outcome of heartbreak each time.

Dolly Parton’s husband and best friend for 60 years, Carl Dean, passed away in Nashville yesterday. Dolly released a statement that said, “Carl and I spent many wonderful years together.  Words can’t do justice to the love we shared for over 60 years.  Thank you for your prayers and sympathy.” Dolly met Carl outside the Wishy Washy Laundromat the day she moved to Nashville in 1964, when she was 18 years old.  They got married two years later, and have been together ever since.
