In a surprising move, TONY ROMO has retired from the NFL after 14 seasons, and has joined the CBS announce team. He’ll replace Phil Simms and be paired with Jim Nantz for the network’s game coverage.

 

SHIA LABEOUF’s latest movie “Man Down” made it to U.K. theaters this past weekend, and it reportedly grossed just $8.70. So, it apparently only sold ONE ticket.

Amazon has acquired streaming rights to 10 NFL Thursday night games for the upcoming season. The one year deal is worth about $50 million.  The games will be available only to subscribers of Amazon’s Prime service.

 

The Disney Channel has ordered the That’s So Raven spinoff called Raven’s Home. The new series will star Raven-Symone and Anneliese van der Pol who reprise their roles as besties Raven Baxter and Chelsea Daniels.  The series will start with Raven and Chelsea as divorced single mothers raising their two separate families in one house.

 

There’s a new album out called “Metal Disney”, that has heavy metal recordings of classic Disney songs like “Under the Sea” and “A Whole New World”.

 

BRIAN KELLEY of Florida Georgia Line admitts he has a craving – “If I [drive] by a Krispy Kreme and the hot sign’s on-I don’t care what time of day it is, I’m going in.
