A blue diamond ring that child star-turned-diplomat Shirley Temple wore for decades is going up for auction. Sotheby’s says the 9.54-carat ring is among the more than 300 lots in the “Magnificent Jewels” auction scheduled for April 19 in New York. It has a pre-sale estimate of between $25 million and $35 million. Temple’s father bought the cushion-cut stone for her around her 12th birthday in 1940 for $7,210. She wore it throughout her life.

Blake Shelton is no stranger to a tabloid story being written about him, but when it’s downright false, you better be prepared to feel his wrath. He filed a sworn declaration in his lawsuit against In Touch, which claimed he went to rehab after hitting “rock bottom” on a Sept. 28 cover. Blake says he has never been to rehab and says that In Touch’s claim that he had been seeking treatment almost ruined his career. The magazine also accused Blake of infidelity while he was married to Miranda. “My ex-wife Miranda Lambert did not catch me with a bunch of naked women in our Tennessee home”. Blake, who is now dating Gwen Stefani, wants at least $2 million dollars for the false reporting.
