Stellar Scholars Awards: In Search of Pennsylvania's Best Young Storytellers (Community Event)

45 Citadel radio stations have joined WIOV in getting word out of Stellar Scholars academic competitions. This year, Lancaster high school students are challenged to write a cover story from source photography for Cum Laude, The Scholarly Evening Post.
